Becoming a homeowner earlier this year was a HUGE milestone. We moved in, unpacked the boxes, got our furniture unwrapped….. then took a look around and realized we needed an interior designer!
I’d like to think I have a good eye when it comes to interior design. However, we really needed some help with the living room and I’m so glad we got design ideas from Havenly. Havenly made the whole process SO easy and I loved working with our designer Sarah Jones
The Havenly Process
Havenly makes it easy to get connected with designers that you like and guides you through the design process step-by-step. To start, you take a design quiz to get connected with designers. You can look at their past projects to make sure it’s a good fit. Once you pick your designer and design package the rest is easy. I picked the Full design package and went through the rest of the steps to launch my project:
- Take a second style quiz
- Create a Pinterest Board
- Add pictures of your space
- Add measurements
- Give details about your budget
And that’s it! You’ll receive a mood board in 2 days as a starting point to talk with your designer. From there you can refine product selection and color palette. After everything is refined, you get a final layout and start furnishing your place.
I could not be more impressed with the design ideas from Sarah. These are the initial mood boards that were sent to us based on our Pinterest board. In the next week, I’m going to decide which products I like most and what works well with our current furniture and budget. Stay tuned for what design we pick!
